Deliveries outside our major service areas may take 24 hours. We'll confirm this at checkout. If your address isn't covered by same-day, we'll offer next-day delivery instead.

We don't stock hampers for same-day delivery. Everything is assembled fresh after you order. This is why you get better quality and fresher food compared to pre-made alternatives sitting in warehouses.

We'll let you know at checkout. If same-day isn't available, we'll offer next-day delivery instead. Some rural areas take 2-3 days depending on how remote they are. You'll always see the realistic delivery date before you confirm your order.
Can I choose a specific delivery time?
We give you a delivery window (like 3pm–6pm) rather than an exact time. This keeps costs reasonable and keeps us realistic about what we can promise. If you need delivery at a specific time, contact us directly and we'll see if we can arrange something special.
What if someone isn't home to receive it?
We'll leave it in a safe place if you've indicated that in your order. We can also deliver to a workplace, a neighbor, or reattempt delivery the next day. You'll get a photo confirmation so you know exactly what happened.
Are the hampers actually fresh?
Absolutely. We don't pre-pack hampers. Everything is assembled the same day you order, using items from our suppliers — mostly local Wicklow producers. Cheeses are cut fresh, preserves are current stock, and everything is carefully wrapped. You're getting what you'd get if you walked in and we made it right there.
Can I add a personal message or card?
Yes. During checkout, you can add a message that we'll include on a card in the hamper. If you need something really specific or want handwritten text, mention it in the order notes and we'll do our best within our packing window.
